It suits cleaners, dog groomers, salons, tutors and most other local services. Already have a site? We'll rebuild it and keep your web address and email.

Our concept sites show the idea: an invented home-cleaning firm with prices by home size, and an invented dog groomer where you pick your dog's size to see the price.

Automations that suit local services

• Bookings in your diary: customers pick a free time and it goes in your diary, with a reminder before the visit.
• A reminder when you haven't replied: a booking request still waiting? We email you so it doesn't get missed.
• Review requests: every finished job gets the same Google review request, happy customer or not.
• Automatic replies: every enquiry from your website form gets a reply straight away.

How it works

1. You email us or fill in the form. We reply within 1 working day.
2. We agree what goes on the site, once we have your photos and prices.
3. We build it in about 3 weeks and show it to you working.
4. We set up any automations on your email and diary and test each one with you (about 1 week).
5. It goes live. We host it and keep your automations running.

Prices

• Website: from £395 setup, then £29 a month.
• The Enquiry System (website, automatic replies, quote chasing, review requests and more): from £975 setup, then £239 a month.
• Enquiry System Plus (adds bookings in your diary): from £1,230 setup, then £319 a month, plus texts at about 5p each.
• Any single automation on its own, including bookings: £150 setup, then £50 a month.

No VAT to add. You'll get the fixed price before you agree.

Questions

Do I need a Google account? For the automations, yes: a free one, to hold your job list. On Outlook? Tell us first and we'll check it works before you pay.

Will the automations work with the site I have? Usually. Send us the link and we'll check before you pay anything.

What if something breaks? Email us. We reply within 1 working day, and fixing faults is included in your plan.
