A website made by hand for your shop, with your photos, your prices, your opening hours and how to find you. It's built to work on phones, since that's where most people look you up. Florists, gift shops, delis and other independent shops all fit. Already have a site? We'll rebuild it around your logo and colours and keep your web address.

Our concept florist site shows the idea: it's an invented shop, with a bunch builder and a wedding enquiry form.

If you want to sell online, tell us. An online shop costs more than a standard site, and we give you the fixed price before you agree.

Automations that suit shops

• Automatic replies: every enquiry from your website form, such as an event or a large order, gets a reply straight away.
• Quotes that get chased: wedding or event proposals with no answer get up to two polite reminders, then stop.
• Review requests: every order you mark as done gets the same Google review request.
• Your month on one page: once a month, what came in, what was answered and what was booked.

How it works

1. You email us or fill in the form. We reply within 1 working day.
2. We agree what goes on the site. Phone photos of your shop and stock are fine.
3. We build it in about 3 weeks (4 for animated or 3D) and show it to you working.
4. We set up any automations and test each one with you, in about a week.
5. It goes live. We host it and make up to 3 small changes a month, such as prices, photos or opening hours.

Prices

• Website: from £395 setup, then £29 a month.
• Animated or 3D website: from £595 setup, then £39 a month.
• Enquiry Basics (website plus automatic replies, a reminder when you haven't replied, and your month on one page): from £720 setup, then £149 a month.
• Any single automation on its own: £150 setup, then £50 a month.

No VAT to add. An online shop or more than 10 pages costs more, and we tell you the fixed price first.

Questions

Can I make changes after launch? Yes. Small updates like wording, photos and prices are included, up to 3 a month. Bigger changes are priced first.

How long does it take? About 3 weeks from when we have your photos and wording. Animated or 3D takes about 4.

When do I pay? Half the setup fee when you say yes, the rest when the site goes live. The monthly fee starts at launch.
