Our concept sites show the idea: a heating and plumbing firm, an electrician and a landscaper, all invented businesses.

Automations that suit trades

• Automatic replies: every quote form gets a reply from your own email address.
• Quotes that get chased: no answer to a quote? Up to two polite reminders, on days you choose, then it stops.
• Review requests: every job you mark as done gets the same Google review request.
• Bookings in your diary: customers pick a free slot for a visit, such as a safety check.
• Missed-call text-back (coming soon): miss a call up a ladder and the caller gets a text from your business.

How it works

1. You email us or fill in the form. We reply within 1 working day.
2. We agree what goes on the site, once we have your photos and wording.
3. We build it in about 3 weeks and show it to you working.
4. We set up any automations on your email and diary and test each one with you (about 1 week).
5. It goes live. We host it and make small updates as part of your plan.

Everything is done by email, so you won't need to take calls during a job.

Prices

• Website: from £395 setup, then £29 a month.
• Enquiry Basics (website, automatic replies, a reminder when you haven't replied, your month on one page): from £720 setup, then £149 a month.
• The Enquiry System (adds quote chasing and review requests): from £975 setup, then £239 a month.
• Any single automation on its own: £150 setup, then £50 a month.

No VAT to add. You'll get the fixed price before you agree to anything.

Questions

Do I own the website? Yes. Once the setup fee is paid, the site is yours to keep. Your domain is registered in your name.

What if I want to stop? Email us 30 days ahead. You keep the website: we send you its files or move it to a host you choose.

Will I show up on Google? We set up what Google reads: page titles, descriptions and a link to your Google Business Profile. Nobody can promise a top spot, so we don't.
